Absolutely! We wouldn’t have it any other way. Capture the moment, showcase your best angles, upload on social media and don’t forget to tag us — we love seeing your tea-time glow. Just be sure to keep aisles clear and stay seated while the bus is in motion. Sip, snap, and sparkle — safely.
Yes. There is Green P street parking and uncovered parking next to the Radisson Blu Hotel (both at your own cost). Parking in downtown Toronto can be limited — especially on weekends — so we recommend arriving by public transit for a smoother, more stress-free start to your High Sociétéa experience.
All sales are final, non-refundable and non-transferable. If you are unable to attend on your booked date, you may request a one-time reschedule of your trip at least 72 hours before your scheduled departure. Email us with your booking number at dearjuliet@highsocietea.ca.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be for the same package (equal value tour) on a new date. The new date must be within 365 days of your original tour date, or the opportunity to reschedule will expire. See Terms of Use for more information
We’re delighted to offer Vegan and Gluten‑Free menus, and we do our very best to avoid cross‑contamination but we cannot guarantee an allergen‑free environment. Unfortunately, we cannot cater for every allergy, though we try our utmost. For special requests, please email us at least 48 hours before your booking and we’ll try to accommodate.
All bookings brew through our website. Seats are limited (and demand is tea‑riffic), so weekends sell out fast. We suggest reserving 2 weeks ahead — sooner for private groups.
The experience is ideal for mini tea lovers aged three and older and are welcome, but every guest needs a full‑price ticket to keep seating and service equitable.
High Sociétéa is a special experience, and we encourage guests to dress in their Sunday best or smart-casual attire. Think polished, chic, and dressed to impress — perfect for afternoon tea with a touch of luxury. To truly embrace the spirit of High Sociétéa, we invite you to add a hint of pink to your outfit in honour of our signature style.
Rain, snow, or blazing sunshine, our glass roof keeps the elements out and the glamour in. Only extreme weather alerts may prompt a reschedule — we’ll contact you pronto if so.
Only small certified service animals may come aboard.
Yes! There is a compact washroom on the lower deck. For safety, please use it when we’re at a complete stop.
Our beauty comes belt‑free. Guests must stay seated while we’re rolling; our host will announce safe moments to stand, stretch, or strike a pose.
Absolutely! Birthdays, bridal showers, brand launches, corporate mixers — let’s make it your moving parlour. Drop us a note via Private Bookings to start brewing ideas.
We’re not liable for lost items, but we’ll steep ourselves in effort to help track them down. Contact us with your seat location and description.
Email, call, or send a message in a bottle — we’re always delighted to pour over the details with you.
